Social Media Content Creator

Peri Ozsoy

Hi Noon! I’m really excited about the opportunity to work together and appreciate you taking the time to review my work. After seeing the demo from John, I was genuinely impressed by what you’ve built, it's such an exciting product and I’d love to be part of bringing it to life through content.

With a background in motion design, I naturally approach content with a dynamic, story-first mindset. It’s shaped the way I think about pacing, visuals, and how to make ideas feel engaging and native to each platform.

As you scroll, I put together a selection of work that reflects both my motion design and social media side!

APCO Worldwide

For this freelance job I collaborated with the creative director to produce an informative motion graphic video for company event. My animations focused on type based motion to emphasize important points in the voice over and what the company values and wants to communicate. This job required quick decision making as I found a voice actor and created the video/animations.

Although this video was not created for socials, videos like this can always be translated to socials seamlessly and bring some formality to content.

Social media content

Below is a news style video I created from concept through editing and final posting. To the right of the video, you can see the script I developed prior to filming to ensure the content was smooth, informative, and well structured.

Ending on a lighter note

This video was created for my personal social media, and I chose to include it because I think it highlights the fun, human side of content creation. I used my motion graphics and editing skills to lean into the trend of intentionally “over the top” editing, which I had a lot of fun with.

My friend and I filmed a Sonny Angel unboxing (because who doesn’t love those?), and I took full creative liberty in the edit to enhance the humor and energy of the video. Since this piece was made for my own socials, it is not strictly corporate or formal, BUT I wanted to show that I also value bringing personality and playfulness into content. (I would reel it in a bit and maintain full appropriate language though!)

I think it’s important to include you all, the people behind the scenes, in a way that humanizes a brand and makes it more relatable. Creating fun content that connects with trends while still highlighting what a company is doing can be a great way to boost engagement.

Of course, I also have a more polished, strategic side that I bring when necessary, but I wanted this piece to demonstrate that company social media can also be lighthearted, creative, and engaging!

I look forward to chatting more! Thank you so much for taking the time to review my work :)
